I am trying to keep the faith by patiently waiting for Spring to hit New England. I do this as I sit here watching the snow fall, once again, outside my window. I have been busy filling out farmer's market applications for the Spring and Summer as the Dorchester Winter Farmer's Market winds down. Next Friday, March 27th, is the last day. I will miss all the Folks I have met who stopped by and purchased my products or just wanted to chat. Next week I will be offering $1.00 off everything for market closing day! Spread the word!
St. Patrick's Day is a big deal in Boston, where I'm from & also where I make all Lyndigo Spice Products at Crop Circle Kitchen right in the Sam Adams Brewery Complex in Jamaica Plain. So it was only fitting that I put a Lyndigo Spice spin on a classic Irish dinner. Pictured above is corned beef sliced very thin, stir fried cabbage & carrots, rosemary and olive oil red, purple & yellow potatoes, cured green olives and Kerrygold Dubliner Cheese topped with Lyndigo Spice Savory Red Pepper Relish all displayed on a huge cabbage leaf!
My good friend Autumn Reign and many of my customers at the Farmer's Market told me that they stir fry shrimp with Lyndigo Spice Red Pepper Relishes. I tried it here with the Spicy Relish on top of spaghetti squash. Delish!
Been busy getting Lyndigo Spice Products on the map and in stores. You can find Lyndigo Spice products atCambridge Naturals, Whole Foods, Dedham, The Bower Studio and LyndigoSpice.com.
